The Douglas Tax Company provides clients the opportunity to file their personal and, to a limited extent, business returns electronically.  The great majority of e-filers in the past have found they receive refunds sooner or are able to expedite returns to accommodate tight scheduling of their calendars.

In some cases, delays do occur due to incomplete information or data-transmission limitations.  Some more complex returns might not be conducive to this methodology.   Look to this sight in the near future for more information on the statistical experience of former-year filers.
